Dan Savage's mother died

If you don't read Dan, you should. He wrote a lovely eulogy, no, thank you note to his mother in this week's column.

But I posted about it here to note that I've never heard of PFLAG ("Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays"). I'm always pleased to hear of organizations in support of badly maligned groups, so here's PFLAG's shout-out from us here at the GD.
